Service Description

This is a professional level workshop designed to give participants a deep understanding of the myofascial systems in the body and how they are applied system wide to the classical Pilates work. This workshop also covers the foundations of spatial theory and how the skeletal and myofascial systems coordinate to make complex movements achievable and functional not just in Pilates work but in daily life.
