Service Description

Long back stretch on the Reformer can be a long hill to climb, but there are plenty of variations and modifications that make it accessible for anyone who wants to try it. It’s a great exercise to open and strengthen the shoulders, and it builds on the leg strength and lower body connections that are set up in Footwork and Shoulder Bridge. We’ll be using the Reformers and the Wall Towers.
