Classes

Mat Class
Mat Class is one of the - if I'm going to be honest - hardest, most convenient workouts Pilates has to offer. Come into the studio and take advantage of a Pilates mat (SOOO different than a yoga mat), or workout side by side with in studio participants via Zoom. Whether you're in studio or at home, you'll get a great workout, and personalized attention. Each class is 45 minutes long. IN STUDIO MAT CLASS IS HELD DOWNSTAIRS. If stairs aren't great for you right now, contact the studio for other options.

PRIVATE LESSONS
This is, hands down, the best place to start or deepen your Pilates practice. You'll workout in a way specifically designed for your body and receive one-on-one attention. Lessons are available in hour or half hour formats.

Off Site Classes
Currently available for residents at Hoosier Village and Greenwood Village South. Our off-site classes are part of The Momentum Project, our non-profit initiative to make Pilates available to underprivileged communities in the Indianapolis area. If you're interested in supporting our work, please contact Laurel.

Community Class
Opportunities to pursue wellness should be available to everyone—not just the privileged or athletic. Making an adaptable wellness practice like Pilates accessible to underserved communities by removing financial, physical, and psychological barriers is a matter of equity.

These classes are offered on a sliding scale. We use the Green Bottle Method designed by Alexis J Cunningfolk, you can read all about it here:

This method thrives on thoughtfulness and trust.

Our first Community Class is at Lille Bønne in November.
