Meet the Crew
Every individual body—its size, shape, age, injury history—is different. Our instructors develop a personalized Pilates path for each client, modifying movement challenges to meet them where they are.

Laurel Foley, Studio Owner
Pilates Instructor. Movement Guide. Human Being.
With more than 20 years of instruction under her belt, Laurel Foley excels at making Pilates accessible to all kinds of people. She puts newcomers at ease, guiding them at a pace that’s right for them. And she knows how to motivate more experienced clients, helping them build new mind-body connections so they can take their practice to the next level. Most importantly, Laurel is a curious, compassionate human. By meeting clients where they are, she helps them go places they never thought possible.
Adrianna Swift, Apprentice
Pilates Instructor. Patient Guide. Living Proof.
Adrianna first tried Pilates in 2023, at a time when she was feeling a bit disconnected from her body. What began as an experiment quickly evolved into a passion, and by 2025 Adrianna had completed her first comprehensive training program. Today, she teaches the same mind-body awareness that helped soothe her back pain and improve her posture. But she never rushes students. Instead, she begins gently, with breath and basic movements, and lets the connections flow naturally from there.

Andrea Eriksson, Apprentice
Pilates Instructor. Former Swimmer. Fast Friend.
After years as a competitive swim coach, Andi discovered Pilates thanks to a friend. She was hooked right away. Just like swim training, it emphasized core strength and stability. But what made it special was its accessibility: anybody could do it, no matter their age or ability level. As an instructor, Andi brings a warm-hearted enthusiasm to every class. Only now, instead of improving students' breaststroke, she's helping them with flexibility, balance, and mood—all the good stuff that leads to a happy, long life.
Charlotte Willis, Certified Instructor
Pilates Instructor. Classical Dancer. Trust Builder.
With over 20 years of classical dance training, Charlotte has had all kinds of teachers. Now she strives to be the type she treasured most: one who leads with encouragement and builds trust. A Romana's Pilates Level V instructor, Charlotte structures each session around the person in front of her. Depending on the day, that may mean building strength, addressing joint stiffness, or managing chronic pain. And yet, her message to students is always the same: "You've got this."

Louie
Client Retention Specialist. Service Dog. Best Boy.
Louie is a 5 year old King Charles Cavalier Spaniel. He loves to give kisses and have his ears rubbed. If Laurel is in the studio, so is Louie.
