Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all clients provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Late cancellations or missed sessions within 24 hours will be charged in full, as that time has been reserved specifically for you.
Duet Sessions
Duet sessions are designed for two participants.
If only one person attends:

The session may be taken as a private lesson at the private lesson rate, or
-
Both participants remain responsible for their portion of the duet booking, regardless of attendance.
Equipment Classes (APPRENTICE LED ONLY)
Equipment classes require a minimum of two participants.
If only one participant is present, you and your instructor may choose to:

Cancel the class, or
-
Continue the session as a private lesson for an additional $35.
Mat Classes (APPRENTICE LED ONLY)
Mat classes require a minimum of two participants.
If only one participant is present, you and your instructor may choose to:

Cancel the class, or
-
Continue the session as a one-hour private lesson for an additional $55.
